LCW Redemption Day (November 29, 2009) live from the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, LA.

From the ring, ring announcer Gary Michael Capetta introduced Creed, who performed “Overcome” as footage from the past few weeks of action in Legends Championship Wrestling played on the LegendsTron as well as footage highlighting Magnum TA and Stone Cold Steve Austin careers and their encounters in Legends Championship Wrestling in the past.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko welcomed everyone to the LCW Redemption Day 2009 pay-per-view as fireworks exploded all over the arena.

Team Hokuto (Akira Hokuto, Devil Masami, Dump Matsumoto and Aja Kong) defeated Team Madusa (LCW Joshi Champion Madusa, Lioness Asuka, Chigusa Nagayo and Jaguar Yokota) in 6:46 in an eight-woman tag team match by pinfall when Akira Hokuto pinned Lioness Asuka with the Northern Lights Bomb. As a result of her victory, Akira Hokuto earned a shot at the LCW Joshi Championship at a future date.

In the back, Jesse The Body Ventura interviewed LCW Women's Champion Luna Vachon about defending the title against former champion Ivory and her sister Lock. Vachon saidLock was focused too much on destroying her and not on what is really important: the LCW Women's Championship, and that will be her undoing. Ventura asked Vachon about the LCW Joshi Championship and Vachon said, "What?" Ventura repeated his question and Vachon said, "What are you talking about? Oh, yeah, that. This (holding up the LCW Women's Championship) is the only women's title in Legends Championship Wrestling that really matters. This is sanctioned, this is recognized, this is fought for, this is earned, and tonight, this is staying right where it is!"

Paul Orndorff defeated LCW International Champion Barry Windham (with J.J. Dillon) in 9:32 by pinfall after the piledriver to win the LCW International Championship.

In the back, Jesse The Body Ventura interviewed Magnum TA about his match tonight with LCW Universal Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin. Magnum said he wasn't going to lay claim to something that wasn't his at the moment, but added that he would be the champion again tonight. Magnum said the only truth going into the match was that while he wasn't the champion, he wasn't the champion because of someone else, not because he lost the title. He wasn't the champion because someone attacked him and someone else said he wasn't medically cleared to wrestle and then someone else took the title away from him. Magnum said he was going to prove tonight that he should still be the champion when he becomes the champion again.

The Dynamite Kid defeated Macho Man Randy Savage in 7:04 by pinfall when Dynamite pinned Savage with a small package rollup after knocking Savage off the top rope as he attempted the flying elbow smash.

In the back, Jesse The Body Ventura interviewed the Desperados (Stan Hansen, the Bass Brothers, Black Bart, Dirty Dutch Mantel, Col. Robert Parker and Maw Bass) about the Bass Brothers' match tonight with Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater in which the losing team will not be able to team together anymore and the lumberjack match between Hansen and LCW United States Champion Superstar Billy Graham. Parker said the Bass Brothers were going to end the long running feud with Orton and Slater once and for all tonight. Hansen said he was going to take back the LCW United States Championship because the Desperados would be at ringside and they wouldn't let him down.

LCW United States Champion Superstar Billy Graham defeated Stan Hansen (with Col. Robert Parker and Maw Bass) in 6:02 by pinfall after the powerslam in a lumberjack match. During the match, the lumberjacks started brawling which allowed Graham to hit Hansen with the powerslam for the pinfall and the win.

In the back, Jesse The Body Ventura interviewed LCW World Tag Team Champions The Midnight Express, with their manager Dennis Condrey, who said they were ignored for 12 months, but came back and won the LCW World Tag Team Championships because they are that damn good. He said they were going to prove tonight that the Nasty Boys winning the titles from them last year was a fluke, a mistake that wouldn't be repeated.

LCW World Tag Team Champions The Midnight Express (with Dennis Condrey) defeated the Nasty Boys in 10:12 by pinfall when Bobby Eaton pinned Brian Knobbs after the Rocket Launcher.

In the back, Jesse The Body Ventura interviewed LCW Heritage Champion Kevin Von Erich and Bret Hart about their upcoming match. The two men shook hands and went their separate ways.

Bret Hart defeated LCW Heritage Champion Kevin Von Erich in 7:12 by submission with the Sharpshooter to win the LCW Heritage Championship. After the match, Hart extended his hand for a handshake and Von Erich acted as if he was going to shake Hart's hand, but instead he kicked him in the crotch and then locked on the Claw. Security officials arrived and Von Erich refused to release the Claw. Macho Man Randy Savage came out and hit Von Erich with a flying double axehandle from the top rope, forcing Von Erich to break the hold. Von Erich rolled out of the ring as Savage checked on Hart.

In the back, Jesse The Body Ventura interviewed Dr. Death Steve Williams who said that because of his health, tonight, win, lose, or draw might be the last time he steps into a Legends Championship Wrestling ring, but he was going to give Bill Goldberg everything he has. Williams said, "If you want to be here, if you want to belong here, if you think you deserve to be here, you don't have to prove it to them, you have to prove it to me."

Lock defeated LCW Women's Champion Luna Vachon and Ivory in 9:02 in a triple threat match to win the LCW Women's Championship. During the match, Vachon hit Lock with the Twilight DDT and climbed the turnbuckle. Ivory caught Vachon in the middle of an attempted Luna Eclipse and hit her with the Poison Ivory. Lock then hit Ivory with the Lock, Stock and Barrel for the pinfall and the win. After the match, Lock cackled maniacally at her opponents and screamed, "Now it's all over! My revenge is complete and you're left with nothing!" Vachon and Ivory got back to their feet, looked at each other and then double-clotheslined Lock out of the ring.

In the back, Jesse The Body Ventura interviewed Bill Goldberg who said he was going to prove tonight he belongs in Legends Championship Wrestling and is a Legend. He said he was going to do what cancer could do: "I'm gonna kill Dr. Death!"

Bill Goldberg defeated Dr. Death Steve Williams in 15:26 by knockout with a rear naked choke. During the match, Williams kept trying to break the hold, but Goldberg kept reapplying it and eventually knocked Williams out. From the broadcast booth, Schiavone noted that Williams refused to submit and would rather die than quit fighting. After the match, Goldberg helped Williams to his feet. Williams shook Goldberg's hand and walked out of the ring.

In the back, Jesse The Body Ventura interviewed LCW Universal Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin about his upcoming title defense against Magnum TA. Austin said if anybody other than him could lay claim to this title it would be Magnum TA, but he wasn't going to get it back tonight. Austin saidMagnum wants to complain about not losing the title, but tonight is his chance to prove that to be true. He said the only bad news he had for Magnum was that he wasn't going to get to prove it tonight.

The Bass Brothers (with Col. Robert Parker and Maw Bass) defeated Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater in 8:23 by pinfall when Ron Bass pinned Slater after the Texas Gourdbuster. As a result of a pre-match stipulation, Orton and Slater will no longer be able to remain a team. After the match, Orton and Slater started to argue, each blaming the other for the loss. The two finally came to blows and started brawling. The brawl went outside the ring, through the crowd, and to the back.

In the back, Jesse The Body Ventura interviewed Big Van Vader, who referred to Wildfire Tommy Rich as a speed bump he was going to run over before getting back on the road to the LCW Universal Championship.

Big Van Vader defeated Wildfire Tommy Rich in 1:24 by pinfall after the powerbomb.

In the back, LCW Universal Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin was making his way through the arena corridor when he passed by Big Van Vader who was returning from ringside. Vader and Austin started exchanging words as Vader said he was coming after Austin. He and Austin exchanged some blows before Stan Hansen came out of nowhere and blasted Austin with the Lariat clothesline. Magnum TA and security officials came out and chased Vader and Austin away. LCW General Manager Harley Race approached and asked Austin if he was still able to wrestle. Austin said he was as Magnum helped him to his feet. Race sent Magnum to ringside and said Austin would be out there in a minute. Magnum walked away as Race continued checking on Austin, getting reassurances that he was ready to face Magnum.
